Surface preparation using the immersion method in standard bathtubs with BASF technology. Surface treatment prior to powder coating is a critical part of the process and, in many cases, has a more significant impact on the quality and service life of the final product than the coating itself. <\/p>

The objective of this stage is to obtain a perfectly clean and grease-free metal, with the application of a special nanotechnology-based protective coating, which significantly increases the adhesion of the powder coating and directly affects the aesthetic characteristics, durability and protective properties of the finished product.<\/p>

It includes the following stages:<\/p>

  1. Degreasing and cleaning.<\/p><\/li>

  2. Removal of corrosion products or oxides.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Rinse<\/p><\/li>

  4. Conversion treatment with protective coating.<\/p><\/li>

  5. Final treatment and washing with demineralized water.<\/p><\/li>

  6. Drying.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
